Do you charge for delivery and set up?
Yes we do. Delivery is charged based on the location. Any location 30km outside of the GTA will have a charge per kilometre.
How do I pay for rental orders?
No rental is confirmed until a 20% deposit has been made and the contract for rental is signed. Please contact us or schedule a meeting to discuss your rental needs. We typically respond in minutes as our team is highly vigilant in communication.
How do I pay for my decor?
Payment options are discussed during consultations. There are payment plans for corporate events. All events require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract. The full balance is due the day before the event or the day before event set up.
